I'll get by With a little HELF from my friends...

Don't forget, you MUST start to implement HELF as soon as you can to offset the declining income through government funding.

Singing aside... this title is where it is at with HELF implementation.

Each organisation and individual facility has a marketing approach directed at the resident cohort, location, ethnic community and socio economics that impact the type of goods and services which will be popular with HELF.

A 5 star facility will be able to offer luxurious services that their residents can afford, and a facility with low socioeconomic residents who may all be fully supported can also offer HELF, just cheaper and likely different services.

For example, both facilities will be able to offer wine with dinner. One might be a $20 bottle from the Adelaide Hills, the other a $15 litre cask also from the Adelaide Hills.

Reach out to your friends, community, staff and allied health teams to explore what skills and talent they have and are available to implement for improving the services at your facility, and may be of interest to your residents. Untapped resources that offer services at lower costs then it would be to bring in a new contractor are easy ways to make sure no one misses out on accessing opportunities through HELF to support and improve their daily lives.

Don't forget, you MUST start to implement HELF as soon as you can to offset the declining income through government funding.
